After the birth of my son I was really struggling to lose the baby weight. I needed something to help guide me. That is when I found the 8 week weight lose challenge by Jane. Not only was the plan easy to follow it provided me with everything I needed to be successful in my weight low journey. I have almost reached my goal weight. Right away the Skinny Cleanse made me feel like I had more energy and gave me the perfect kick start to losing the weight. I think the Skinny Burn in combination with the Skinny Cleanse has really helped me to drop the pounds. I feel like I have more energy and I am not craving snacks as much. The Skinny Map eating guide was so amazingly helpful! It was by far my favorite aspect of this plan. I have always struggled with eating the right foods and feeling lost when I go food shopping. Eating out is something we really enjoy, the map made doing all these things so much easier.
I have tried many shakes in the past and I am not a fan however, the Skinny Blend Protein Shakes were surprisingly delicious. They were not powdery tasting like shakes I have had in the past. Over all I have been very successful with this plan.

EASY and EFFECTIVE

SO pleased with my results so far after using the Skinny Jane products and following the SIMPLE menu plan for 22 days now and counting! Got rid of 13 pounds already-- and should easily exceed my 28-day challenge goal. If you're like me, you need a plan that is extremely easy and convenient to follow, with plenty of meals/snacks... and this fits the bill perfectly. Very concise, routine menu with zero complicated recipes or elusive foods. Skinny Blend Shakes I've mixed with unsweetened almond milk are delicious and satisfying; AM Burn and PM Cleanse supplements are a cinch to take and have produced zero undesired side effects. Also used the TKO tea, which is delicious and aids cleansing and appetite suppression. Each and every Skinny Jane product has been effective for me. I was rarely hungry following this plan, and am getting ready to re-order to continue on my successful weight loss journey. One other note-- During these 22 days, I was unable to exercise due to a prior injury. Still had great results and can't even imagine how much more effective SKJ will be once I am cleared to resume exercising.
